Alex Flanagan
She attended the University of Arizona and Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Arizona. Flanagan is a reporter for NFL Network as an anchor/reporter and also for NBC Sports as a sideline reporter on Notre Dame home football games and for Football Night in America. Flanagan is heard and heard in the highly-rated online game Madden 10 and Madden 11, where she hosts an in-game weekly recap show together with Fran Charles. Alex is from Sonoita, Arizona. Kevin Flanagan, a former basketball player at the University of Arizona is her husband. They have two daughters and a son. Alex's parents own the Arizona steak restaurants "The Steak Out" (located in Sonoita) and Dove Mountain. Flanagan started her career in journalism in college, as an intern at KVOA-TV. She started reporting sports at the age of 1998. She worked as a reporter and anchor on NBC Sports as well as NFL Network, ESPN and Fox Sports. Also, Flanagan was one of the Gamma Phi Beta sister. Flanagan's career began on television by working as a reporter in general assignments, as well as weekend anchor with KCCO-TV Alexandria, Minnesota. This role was held for two years by WSFA-TV Montgomery which is located in Alabama.
