Lis Wiehl is an American writer and legal analyst who was formerly an analyst for Fox News analyst.
Her previous position was as associate professor of law in the University of Washington Law School. She offered legal analysis on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor and National Public Radio. She's been in The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File The Kelly File, featuring Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs and The Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl is an Yakima native who graduated from West Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's degree at Barnard College in 1983, she earned a master of Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985 and then a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl served as she was a US attorney in the United States. The correspondent was a lawyer on NPR's All Things Considered. She was the Chief Investigating Counsel for the Democrats from the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. From 1995 to 2001, she served as a tenured professor in the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle in which she was the director of the Trial Advocacy Program. From 2001 to the year 2017 Wiehl was a legal analyst for Fox News.
